Who is responsible
Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is the data controller for this site. Higher Math Guide is a brand of Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. It is not a separate company. Privacy requests go to joshuaofisrael@gmail.com.
What this site collects
The site does not require an account. It does not ask you to create a profile. Calculator numbers stay in your browser. The site does not transmit those numbers to a server.
No advertising cookies and no affiliate cookies are used now. This policy will be updated before any advertising or affiliate cookies are added.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Each page includes a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. Cloudflare offers that tool as cookieless measurement. It reports aggregate visit information, such as page views, referrers, country, browser, and device type. It does not set a cookie on your browser for this measurement. We do not receive a list of named visitors from it.
Contact by email
The contact form posts your name, email address, and message to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). FormSubmit then emails that note to joshuaofisrael@gmail.com. The subject is [Contact: highermathguide.com] New message. FormSubmit receives the fields you submit so it can deliver the message. The contact page also shows joshuaofisrael@gmail.com in plain text, so you can write from your own mail program instead. After the form sends, the browser opens a short confirmation that the note was received.
If you send the email, Joshua Israel Ventures LLC receives it at that inbox, including whatever you chose to write. We use it to read your note and, when we can, to reply. We do not sell that correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. The host may keep ordinary server logs for security and operations. Those logs can include an IP address, the date and time of a request, the page requested, and the user agent sent with the request. Joshua Israel Ventures LLC does not operate a separate logging database for the site.
Children
The site is a general audience educational site. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 sent us an email, write to joshuaofisrael@gmail.com and ask us to delete it.
Your requests
Email joshuaofisrael@gmail.com to ask what email correspondence we have from you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You can send the same request through the contact form. The site has no user accounts, so that correspondence is the personal information we hold from you. We will respond to a reasonable request.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about it will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date on this page will change. If advertising or affiliate cookies are added later, this policy will be updated before those cookies are used.
